Product: Steel Coating Line

Steel coil coating line is roboticized equipment, which connect the advanced technique
and abundant experience both in China and overseas. It has reduced much in investment, shortened the time of production, expedited and advanced the rate of profits. We use the technique of calefaction in many areas, sirocco and reuse the
exhaust gas, in order to obtain environmental protection, power economization, low
noise and waste. It can be used in every sort of paint and worked-liquor for any
factories.

1) Materials bounded: standard zincification steel plate after eletricity
processing or heat processing
2) Coil specifications:
a) Thickness: 0.2 - 0.8mm
b) Width: 500 - 1,250mm
3) Inside diameter of coil: 500mm. We can also choose 600mm adjusted
diameter equipment
4) Outside diameter of coil: max. 1,200mm
5) Carrying capacity of coil: max. 12MT
6) Producing speed:
a) Max. speed 60m/min for coil thickness of 0.20 - 0.35mm
b) Max. speed 35m/min for coil thickness of 0.40 - 0.80mm
